I've just been for an evening stroll in the beautiful park. It was practically empty, but I came across the first interesting post I've seen there for a while:

Sorry for wasting everyone's time with this. I assumed the OP's "conservative" seven figure valuation would at least mean that they were worth six figures.

Someone really needs to have a word with the park warden about the nutters he's allowing in and the rubbish they're leaving behind.
