Yeah I’ve looked at 3 of the main software companies mate, way out my price range for a currently free tool. DateForSEO works for me, but for droplist data, of 5-10000 lines a day it’s just not feasible. Just wondered if anyone had got any experience using anything else cheap in bulk. Majestic at £80 pm seems ok on the preface, but without API access makes it pretty useless.Cheapest is probably Majestic SEO, but the best is Ahrefs.
You can do bulk checks with Majestic with file upload, but not API, for £80/m. (And they are a UK company, support is good etc.)
If you want the best results, you use Ahrefs - but I think it is like £3K+ a month now, which is just ridiculous.
Well, Majestic is unlimited in file upload so always a place, can create some automation with browser to upload/download file quite easily.Yeah I’ve looked at 3 of the main software companies mate, way out my price range for a currently free tool. Thanks for the info mate, good to think about I didn’t really think it was unlimited.Well, Majestic is unlimited in file upload so always a place, can create some automation with browser to upload/download file quite easily.
Have you look at OpenApps? That is good for getting the numerical data, and it is included in the price of all tools pretty much. URL Profiler / netpeak use this, I think you can build an API around this.
MajesticAPI is £319/m, which isn't that bad, you are looking at one or two domain sales (or good catches if you are keeping them) to pay for itself.
