I'm surprised that a government hasn't wasted a billion on a domain name before. It wouldn't surprise me if they had. They love wasting cash.

Thinking further about this, I guess they can just use dirty tricks to get a domain, like in the case of france.com.

I was appalled at the bias of BBC News when they announced George Foreman had died. In the interests of balance, they should've put forward the opposite point of view that he's still alive.
