IONOS reports successful first nine months of 2025 – AdTech business to be sold

The Management Board of IONOS Group SE has decided to put Sedo GmbH, and thus the “AdTech” segment, up for sale and to focus entirely on the core business areas of “Web Presence & Productivity” and “Cloud Solutions.”

Rumour is there was a really good bid agreed, but despite several attempts to contact the buyer the transaction was closed.

Or for Sedo itself. Like when Flip was for sale on Flip and received a bid of £10k, which we know was genuine because Helmuts said it was.

I wonder if we'll ever see a situation where platform A is for sale on platform B at the same time as platform B is for sale on platform A?
