Good idea but will it show turnover? You could check his company accounts
Good idea but will it show turnover? You could check his company accounts
Well, if his turnover is claimed to be surplus 5m that means his company falls under “small” company entity. Under the new Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act that means that his company has to file a P&L account, and those are public. So effectively; if his company is filing micro accounts, he’s under the £600k odd bracket before you become a “small” company. I haven’t looked though, but perhaps you could find his P&L on Companies House?Good idea but will it show turnover?
EW3N Ltd was incorporated on 25 January 2023.Good idea but will it show turnover?
All makes sense now. Well, I suppose when we see the first accounts for EW3N, since its accounts are due after the new Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act came into play, we should see the Profit & Loss account, as $5m is certainly over the £632,000 deemed to be a micro company, which doesn't need to publish full accounts with a P&L. I guess we will see 25 January 2025EW3N Ltd was incorporated on 25 January 2023.
The press release you've linked to (and that's all it is) was published 337 days later on 28 December 2023.
The claim you're querying is: “Parent company EW3N has seen gross sales reach $5 million."
That's $14837 per day.
Enough said.
Is it legal to lie about how much your company makes? Yes. Is it morally right? Probably not. Especially if they are trying to deceive people in some way to procure investment.Insightful responses, thanks. Is it legal to issue (allegedly) false or misleading financial statements?
People like you and now me continue to insert themselves into conversations about him and his antics. How much depth do you want from an answer to your question? If it helps, he’s not the first and won’t be the last.why does this person attract conversion on this forum? I dont understand it.
Where else are we supposed to talk about prominent people in the .UK space, if not on the .UK's number 1 forum?why does this person attract conversion on this forum? I dont understand it.
You consider him prominent?Where else are we supposed to talk about prominent people in the .UK space, if not on the .UK's number 1 forum?
Are you predicting that he will make it? Make it defined as “to be very successful”.Fake it til you make it
Being able to talk about something and choosing to talk about it are entirely different.Where else are we supposed to talk about prominent people in the .UK space, if not on the .UK's number 1 forum?
I don’t believe he was. Was just offering an opinion [for why person referenced might behave as he does].Are you predicting that he will make it? Make it defined as “to be very successful”.
I accept I may have taken the definition too literally. You are right.I don’t believe he was. Was just offering an opinion [for why person referenced might behave as he does].
Cause we want to.Being able to talk about something and choosing to talk about it are entirely different.
Depends on one’s reason for wanting to. In theory he could be passed over as a topic because there might be 101 other more interesting, relevant or beneficial subjects that can be discussed [on the top .UK forum] besides just ‘want[ing] to’ discuss him.Cause we want to.
He has made himself prominent on the .UK scene, so why would he not be talked about on the top .UK forum?
Luckily, as a forum, those conversations are facilitated by the ability to create a new thread containing a different topic of conversation.Depends on one’s reason for wanting to. In theory he could be passed over as a topic because there might be 101 other more interesting, relevant or beneficial subjects that can be discussed [on the top .UK forum] besides just ‘want[ing] to’ discuss him.
