Cheers Nigel

Much appreciated, took a fair bit to build and a fair few problems to overcome but I think most bugs have been ironed out.

Hopefully I can get the number of my domains down a bit and concentrate on developing a small handful.

looking good @GreyWing, nice to see someone trying something different.

Appreciate your probably not looking for external users just yet, but in case you are can you clarify:
How does the buyer pay
The buyer pays you directly. Once your auction sells, StopBid connects you with the winning buyer to arrange payment and domain transfer. Our platform fee is deducted from the sale price — so if your domain sells for £5,000 and our fee is 1%, you receive £4,950. There's no additional invoice from StopBid; the fee is simply subtracted from what the buyer pays you.

Best of luck with the sales:-)

Hi mate

A couple of people have asked to try it. People are more than welcome to list something on the understanding that it's been tested but still it's a very early bit of software.

Almost all of the text was written by AI to give people an idea of how it works. I intend to go back and manually rewrite it this weekend. The site is free.

There is something built into the software for later that if I found someone was signing up for rogue buyer accounts and using the buy now to end auctions without the intent to pay, a buyer deposit of 1% or something could be charged before they used the buy now. This would then come off the bill I would as the seller send to the buyer for the name. It wouldn't cost a genuine buyer anything extra.

Unfortunately the barriers to a rogue account ruining auctions and a seller having to reset them is quite low. It's just an extra safeguard that hopefully never needs to be used.

Cheers GW
