Were some examples of the subdomains setup.
I have post delivered by a postman... so I think that because usernames.postman.co.uk (excuse no apostrophe, it's not possible) resolves, that name should be mine now. Hopefully Karen at Nominet will agree.

I also have photos...

That one is from this thread. Whatever generated that list is perhaps looking at links in?

Massive difference from domain owner created subdomain to abuse rights etc.
They're all from archive.org.

Now it's been reported who the Respondent is, it's probably about as bad as it could get for accusing someone:

"appear to have been created for fraudulent purposes"

Word is they have now found out and are non too happy :ROFLMAO:

He must have been annoyed when his email stopped working.

Hope this decision is overturned.

Overturned on appeal.

" The Panel has no power to order the Complainant to pay the Respondent’s costs. It does however have the ability to invite the Complainant voluntarily to pay those costs and considers the Complainant should do so. It would also in the Panel’s opinion be appropriate for the Complainant to issue an apology to the Respondent."

It has been mentioned several times that it is a bonkers situation where someone can try and take a domain and those who then spend thousands of pounds, and the time on top, to defend it have no recourse.

Good to see a mention in the decision, and perhaps the power should be introduced…!
