Anyone using Efty as a sales platform?
 
Looks like it will actually be 5% when it's built out / developed.
 
This vs. escrow I assume?

Issue with platforms like this is the "hidden" fees, if the 3.5% (or whatever price they settle at after the introductory commission) is the only amount you pay. you sometimes have fees for buyers, FX fees they add on, fees for releasing funds into your account via wire / SEPA / bacs...

I think nominet should come up with a solution and cut out all these middlemen... setup an escrow, and make it automated you send an email which says "you've been offer xyz.uk for £100, would you like to proceed..." type thing. Then if it is paid for, nominet automate the admin of changing tags over etc.
