I was quoting a real call so perhaps that’s where I heard it, I can’t recall exactly. It’s something like that. Truly atrocious the amount of time wasted. HMRC has to be the most painful, the calls are always 40 minute + on hold before anyone picks up, then it’s “Ooooh, sorry you’ve actually come through to the wrong place, if you call back and press option 1, then 3 and then 5 you’ll get through ok?
