They seem to have been reg'd by UK2 themselves to prevent their use as gripe sites, but with so many other possibilities you have to wonder why they bothered.

For example, they reg'd uk2areshit and uk2arepoo (who on earth would say that?), but uk2arecrap.co.uk is FTR.

They are indeed on the UK2 tag, but do we know that they registered them and not a customer just to add insult to injury?

No, we don't, but as @Marek and I point out in the concurrent DRS thread, why would a disgruntled customer give so much money for so many years to the very company they were disgruntled with? By a spooky coincidence, 17 domains for 19 years is about the price of a DRS appeal...
