Afternic

Anyone else having issues setting up wire transfers in afternic? I'm trying to add a USD revolut account via the wire transfer option, but it keeps asking for a sort code which it obviously doesn't have...
 
It looks like dan still exists, having a convo in an old thread on there to a prospective buyer / tyre kicker.

Make sure you export all your data while you have a chance if you havent already :)
 
Sold a UK name and buyer paid Afternic on the 20th of November. Still waiting to hear from Afternic re the transfer despite contacting them to chase up.

If it had been Dan.com, the transfer would have been completed same day.

Absolute joke.
 
Best to get them on live chat and do the transfer there and then if you can.

They told me to release to GODADDY and verified it while still on the chat.

Yes, problem is chat never shows for me. In any browser.

But I have managed to get it to appear today :)

If you are also not seeing the chat option, here's how to access it:

Visit http://afternic.com/contact (I did it in incognito), click "Accept" on the cookie banner, and wait a few seconds for the live chat icon to appear on the right-hand side.

Have spoken to them via chat and TAG change FINALLY done.
